DIYARBAKIR - Turkish police arrested a terrorist with 15.1 kilograms of explosives in southeastern city of Diyarbakir, the governor`s office announced on Thursday.
Executives of the governor`s office indicated that the detained terrorist was preparing to stage terrorist attacks in metropolises.
The terrorist was sent to prison, they added.
