TEL AVIV - ''We have many cooperation areas from seed-planting to information technologies with Israel to further improve economic relations,'' said Turkish Agriculture & Rural Affairs Minister Mehdi Eker.
''Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meetings between Turkey and Israel will be held soon,'' he added.
Eker attended International Agriculture Fair ''Agritech 2006'' in Israel.
Within the scope of the fair, Eker met Israeli Agriculture Minister Shalom Simhon.
Speaking to A.A after the meeting, Eker said, ''the two countries can cooperate in seed-planting, irrigation and information technologies. JEC meetings between Turkey and Israel will be held soon.'' Eker also invited Simhon to Turkey.
