ISTANBUL - Police detained 63 people including a foreigner in operations staged in Turkish metropolis of Istanbul against illicit drug trafficking, Istanbul Narcotics Department announced on Tuesday.
According to executives of the department, 1.4 kilograms of heroin, 13.6 kilograms of hashish and 20,472 illicit pills were confiscated in these operations.
