ANKARA - The Council of State Chamber 13 rejected on Monday the request for annulment of the decision of the Supreme Board of Privatization (OYK), tender announcement and the decision of the tender commission about sale of 51 percent stake of the Turkish Petroleum Refineries Corporation's (TUPRAS).
The Council of State announced its verdict about the lawsuit filed by the Petroleum Labor Union.
It rejected the request for annulment of the decision of the OYK, tender announcement and the decision of the tender commission about sale of 51 percent stake of the TUPRAS.
Gokhan Candogan, lawyer of Petroleum Labor Union, said that they would appeal the decision of the Council of State.
