One Hundred Inmates In Diyarbakir Prison Apply To Benefit From Reassociation Law

DIYARBAKIR - A total of 100 inmates of Diyarbakýr E type prison, who are members of the terrorist organization PKK/KADEK and Hezbollah applied on Thursday to benefit from the reassociation law.
Diyarbakýr State Security Court (DGM) officials said that the inmates who were convicted under Turkish Penal Code's Article 169 (helping and abetting terrorist organization) and Article 168 (being member of terrorist organization) applied to Chief Prosecutor's Office of Diyarbakýr DGM to benefit from the law.
Officials said that the files of those inmates would be examined.
