EDIRNE MAYOR VARNATOPU: ''WE WISH ONGOING CULTURAL COOPERATION TO BE REFLECTED TO ECONOMY''
EDIRNE - Edirne Mayor Cengiz Varnatopu said on Thursday that they wished the cooperation between Turkey and India in the field of culture and art would be reflected in economy.
Indian Consul General in Istanbul Reena Padney visited Edirne Mayor Cengiz Varnatopu.
Speaking at the meeting, Varnatopu said cooperation between the two countries in culture and art continued, noting that they wished this cooperation to be reflected in economy.
Padney in his part said he newly started his mission in Turkey, noting that this was his first visit to Edirne.
Padney said they would be pleased to expend support to every kind of organization that would be made in economic and cultural means.
