ISTANBUL - A resonant bomb exploded in Kucukcekmece neighborhood of Turkish metropolis of Istanbul late on Sunday, sources said.
According to sources, the bomb was planted under a police vehicle.
Efforts are under way to arrest the assailants, they added.
