ANKARA - The Ankara 11th Criminal Court has rejected an appeal from terrorist organization leader Abdullah Ocalan to be re-tried.
The court decided that Ocalan's request was not acceptable.
Ankara court changed Ocalan's sentence to ''life in heavy imprisonment'' from ''extra-heavy life in heavy imprisonment'' based on newly adopted laws.
