BAKU - Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim met on Saturday with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ziya Mammadov.
Releasing a statement during the meeting in Azerbaijani Transportation Ministry, Yildirim pointed to the problems in customs and said that it was against the international rules to arrange two separate documents for transportation vehicles both during entrance and departure.
Mammadov said that passenger buses which were coming from Turkey to Azerbaijan were carrying cargoes between 20-30 tones and added that it was against laws for passenger buses to carry cargoes and they wanted this situation to be re-arranged.
The meeting was then closed to press.
Transportation Ministries of two countries are expected to sign a protocol that envisages cooperation in communication and transportation fields.
