BAGHDAD, May 5, 2006 (AFP) - Three US soldiers were killed in Iraq`s Babil province Friday when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb, the military said.
It said the incident occured at 11:45 am (0745 GMT), south of Baghdad in the Babil province.
The latest fatalities take the US military death toll in Iraq since the March 2003 invasion to 2,413, according to an AFP count based on Pentagon figures.
