ANKARA - President Ahmet Necdet Sezer approved on Wednesday the law on establishment of Justice Academy of Turkey.
Presidential Press Centre said that President Sezer submitted the law to Prime Ministry to be promulgated in the Official Gazette.
According to the law, the Academy will give vocational training to judiciary personnel and it will organize training programmes. Academy which will have academic, administrative and financial autonomy, will be composed of a president, general council, executive board and supervisory board.
Academy which will be based in Ankara, will open branches if necessary.
The Justice Academy which will have 125 employees will be set up within two years.
