ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's scheduled visit to Netherlands was cancelled.
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Tuesday that Erdogan was earlier scheduled to pay a visit to this country between April 19th and 20th, 2006 to receive ''World Leader Cycle Award'' by Rotterdam Erasmus University, stating that his visit was cancelled as he suffered from muscular spasm.
Erdogan underwent a medical examination at Ataturk Research Hospital in Ankara yesterday. Doctors advised Erdogan to have a bed rest at home.
