ANKARA - The Council of Ministers approved on Monday ''Joint Understanding and Cooperation Agreement for Public Works and Dwelling Construction'' signed earlier between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan.
The Council of Ministers also approved the change in ''Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal'' signed in Geneva on September 22, 1995.
Decision of the Council of Ministers about the agreement and convention were published in today's Official Gazette.
