ISTANBUL - Arif Ulusam who was one of two Turkish people who came to Turkey after being released from the U.S. base in Guantanamo was released on Monday. Ibrahim Habaci and Arif Ulusam were earlier arrested in Malawi as they were accused of being members of Al Qaeda, but it was found out that they were innocent.
After proceedings about Ulusam were completed in Anti-Terror Office, he was taken to Istanbul Court House.
After necessary proceedings, Ulusam was released.
Ibrahim Habaci who also came to Turkey with Ulusam was released on Sunday.
