Adabank Partners Assert There Is No Legal Connection Between Partners Of Adabank And Imar Bank

ANKARA - A statement was issued on Saturday night on behalf of Adabank's partners saying that ''we will use our legal right as there was no reason of appointing new members to the Executive Board.''
Suheyla Sen, the legal consultant of Adabank Partners said in the statement that misleading statements were issued in the press telling that Adabank was seized. Recalling that members were only appointed to Executive Board of Adabank, Sen stated that ''we will continue our initiatives to protect the real assets of the bank and to ensure its good administration.''
''There is no legal connection between partners of Adabank and Imar Bank,'' it was claimed.
