WASHINGTON D.C. - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul left Washington D.C. for Turkey after completing his contacts.
Before leaving Washington D.C., Gul met with U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz in the dinner hosted by Turkish Ambassador to the U.S. Faruk Logoglu in the honour of Gul. Turkish sources said that Gul and Wolfowitz sat side by side and they mainly talked about issues regarding Iraq. The dinner was held in a sincere atmosphere.
Gul is expected to be in Ankara in the afternoon.
