Justice Minister Cicek Arrives In Western Thrace

ALEXANDROUPOLIS - Justice Minister and Government Spokesman Cemil Cicek arrived in Western Thrace on Thursday to attend commemoration ceremony be held to mark the 8th anniversary of demise of Dr. Sadik Ahmet, one of leaders of West Thracian Turks.
Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) Chairman Sinan Aygun accompanied Cicek who was welcomed in Alexandroupolis Airport by wife of Dr. Ahmet Isik Ahmet, Turkey's Komotini Consul General Huseyin Avni Botsali, deputies Ahmet Mehmet and Galip Galip and other officials.
Cicek, who proceeded to Komotini by highway, will visit Turkish minority institutions and will hold bilateral meetings with Greek local officials. Cicek will return to Turkey after the ceremony in Kahveci Cemetery.
