Gul Meets With Some Members Of Turkish Friendship Group And U.S. Congress

WASHINGTON - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul met on Thursday with some members of U.S. Congress and Turkish Friendship Group in Washington.
Gul met with the member of International Relations Committee of House of Representatives and Democrat Party California deputy Tom Lantos who had supportive statements for Turkey when Armenian allegations were brought onto agenda in U.S. House of Representatives two years ago.
Gul then met with Democrat Party Florida deputy and the member of Turkish friendship group Robert Wexler.
Gul also met with the member of U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Senator Chuck Hagel.
