Security Forces Intercept 37 Foreigners

AYVALIK - Security forces intercepted on Tuesday 37 foreigners including two women in Ayvalik town of northwestern province of Balikesir as they were trying to proceed to Greece illegally.
Security forces stopped and searched a lorry which was on its way from Istanbul to Ayvalik, and captured the foreigners of Moroccan, Algerian and Palestinian origin.
They were detained for violating Turkish borders and passport law.
The foreigners will be deported once the legal proceedings are completed.
