Chios Island Mayor Menis Visits Nevsehir Governor Turhan

NEVSEHIR - Greek Chios Island Mayor Markos Menis visited Nevsehir Governor Alaattin Turhan on Monday.
Turhan said during the meeting that Greece and Turkey had a joint cultural accumulation.
Turhan said, ''Aegean Sea's being a peace and sisterhood sea is our joint wish. Both countries should accept recovering the relations from now on as a basic target.''
Menis said that they attended joint cultural activities with many Turkish municipalities as they were close to Turkey.
Noting that such activities would reinforce the friendship between two countries, Menis said that they would also exert efforts to develop the relations from now on.
