ISTANBUL - ''A bomb caused the blast in Bakirkoy district of Istanbul at around 1900 hours on Sunday,'' said Istanbul Police Chief Celalettin Cerrah.
The blast injured 31 people and 3 policemen. There have been no immediate reports of any death at site.
