CORLU - The owner and employees of the Bulgarian newspaper ''Sisedi'' (Neighbours) came on Sunday to Corlu town of northwestern Tekirdag province upon the invitation of Corlu Journalists Association and Association of Balkan Turks.
Bulgarian journalists Svetoslava Goceva, Ivan Gocev and Donka Toneva said that they came to Turkey for the first time, adding that Turkey was at advanced level both in publication techniques and other issues.
Ismet Avkýran, the deputy mayor of Corlu said that the integration of local and national press of both countries was important, adding that ''the press plays an important role in improving the friendship.''
