ISTANBUL - Turkish State Minister Besir Atalay has returned to Turkey today after completing meetings in Macedonia and Kosovo.
During his stay in Prizren, Kosovo, Atalay inaugurated Kosovo's only Turkish TV channel ''Yeni Donem (New Era)''.
