ANKARA - Treasury will conduct an auction on July 22 to sell 91-day discounted state notes denominated in Turkish lira (TL).
The Treasury Undersecretariat said that the value date of those notes is July 23, 2003 and settlement is October 22, 2003.
On July 15, Treasury held an auction to sell 126-day bonds.
The total bid had been 1 quadrillion 908.8 trillion Turkish liras (TL) while the Treasury sold 1 quadrillion 472.7 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds.
The net sale became 1 quadrillion 299.5 trillion TL.
The composite interest rate was 43.54 percent and the simple interest rate became 38.50 percent.
The bonds will be repaid on November 19, 2003.
Treasury will repay 1 quadrillion 648 trillion TL in domestic debt and 85.6 million U.S. dollars in foreign debt next week.
