SOFIA - The Bulgarian Privatization Agency and the Koc Holding-Turk Telekom consortium signed an agreement about sale of 65 percent of Bulgarian Telecommunications Institution which is one of the biggest state enterprises in the country's privatization program.
Deputy Prime Minister and Transportation Minister Nikolai Vasilev said on Saturday that the Koc Holding-Turk Telekom consortium had completed meetings with Bulgarian Privatization Agency and ministries of internal affairs, defense and transportation about the sale successfully.
Earlier, the Koc Holding-Turk Telekom consortium proposed an investment project of 618 million Euro for the Bulgarian Telecommunications Institution.
