Judicial Recess To Start On Friday

ANKARA - Judicial recess will start on Friday. Courts on duty will examine the urgent cases during the recess while other files will be taken up in the new judicial year.
There will also be courts on duty in Council of State, Supreme Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Military Appeals and Military Supreme Administrative Tribunals.
These courts on duty will also examine urgent cases while the team on duty in the Council of State will not give a decision regarding the merits of the case but decide about files demanding ''the stopping of execution.''
The criminal department on duty in the Supreme Court of Appeals will examine files regarding the suspects under detention.
The new judicial year will start on September 8.
