-SAM OF TURKEY BECOMES CHAMPION
BERLIN - Sinan Samil Sam of Turkey became champion in the Inter-Continental Heavyweight Boxing Championship in German capital of Berlin on Saturday.
He beat George Arias of Brazil in the final.
Meanwhile, Hulya Sahin of Turkey became champion in women's lightweight championship. She defeated Chaty Brown of Britain and became the first Turkish female boxer winning inter-continental championship.
