Public Procurement Law To Be Amended

ANKARA - The bill which foresaw amendment in the Public Procurement Law was submitted to the Parliament Speaker's Office on Tuesday.
The bill which is composed of 51 articles, foresees certain amendment in Public Procurement Law and Public Tender Contracts Law.
Public institutions which act in fields of energy, water, transportation and telecommunication and foundations' universities are taken out of the scope of the Public Procurement Law by the bill.
