Central Bank Holds Auction To Buy U.S. Dollar

ANKARA -
The average bidding price became 1 million 379 thousand 224 Turkish liras (TL).
The total bid had been 91 million U.S. dollars while maximum price was 1 million 380 thousand TL, and minimum price was 1 million 378 thousand 50 TL.
The bank earlier announced that it would hold forex buying auctions on each working-day, and the maximum amount at each auction would be limited to 40 trillion TL.
