ANKARA - ''We expect that Kosovo's political position will be determined till the end of 2006,'' said Johachim Rucker, UN Secretary General's Deputy Special Representative to Kosovo.
Industry & Trade Minister Bujar Dugolli of Kosovo and Rucker met Turkish Industry & Trade Minister Ali Coskun in Turkish capital of Ankara.
During the meeting, Rucker indicated that it is now time to invest in Kosovo because those who invest today will have a leading position in the future.
Rucker listed the areas in which foreigners can invest in Kosovo as mining, energy, and agriculture.
On the other hand, Coskun said that Turkey maintains its endeavors to establish good relations in the triangle of the Balkans, Caucasus and Middle East.
''We will be pleased if Kosovo has a model state structure in the Balkans,'' Coskun added while Dugolli said that they need not only assistance but also investments.
