Treasury Sells 126-day Bonds

ANKARA - Treasury Undersecretariat held an auction on Tuesday to sell 126-day bonds.
The total bid had been 1 quadrillion 908.8 trillion Turkish liras (TL) while the Treasury sold 1 quadrillion 472.7 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds.
The net sale became 1 quadrillion 299.5 trillion TL.
The composite interest rate was 43.54 percent and the simple interest rate became 38.50 percent.
The bonds will be repaid on November 19, 2003.
Treasury will repay 1 quadrillion 969 trillion TL in domestic debt and 160.1 million U.S. dollars in foreign debt this week.
The total domestic debt repayment of Treasury in July is 12 quadrillion 397 trillion TL.
