ANKARA - Anadolu Agency (A.A) staff, headed by Director General and Executive Board President Dr. Hilmi Bengi, visited Anitkabir, the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the Founder of Republic of Turkey, on the occasion of the A.A's 86th foundation anniversary.
Bengi laid a wreath at Ataturk's Mausoleum and observed a minute of silence with the A.A staff out of respect to the Great Leader.
Signing the special book of Anitkabir, Bengi stated that Anadolu Agency which was founded by Ataturk on April 6th, 1920 to inform the public with accurate news reports has been fulfilling its task with the same spirit and ambition.
On the other hand, A.A's Istanbul Regional Directorate staff laid a wreath at the Cumhuriyet (Republic) Monument in Taksim square.
