Cetinkaya: Local Elections Will Be Held In Time

ANKARA - Justice and Development Party (AK Party) deputy leader Necati Cetinkaya said on Wednesday that holding local elections earlier than the schedule was out of question, and they would be held in time.
Speaking to reporters, Cetinkaya recalled that some press organs had recently reported that local elections might be held earlier than the schedule, Cetinkaya said, ''such a thing is out of question. Local elections will be held on April 18, 2004.''
