KHARTOUM - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan separately met Syrian President Bashar al-Asad and Jordanian King Abdallah, sources said on Tuesday.
Erdogan, currently in Sudan's capital city Khartoum to attend Arab League Summit, also met Qatar's Amir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and Palestinian Head of State Mahmoud Abbas.
Erdogan also met Ibrahim Gambari, UN Secretary-General's Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Middle East peace process special coordinator Alvaro De Soto, and the UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan's Special Envoy to Iraq Esref Ghazi.
Following those meetings, Erdogan was received by Sudanese President Umar Hassan Ahmad Al-Bashir.
