BAKU - Justice Minister Cemil Cicek said on Friday, ''under the reassociation law, those who are members of any terrorist organization, but have not committed any crime will be pardoned.''
During his official visit to Azerbaijan, Cicek answered questions of Azerbaijani reporters in Baku.
Replying a question, Cicek said that the reassociation bill envisaged to pardon terrorist organization members who had not committed any crime while terrorist organization members who had committed a crime would get lighter punishment if they gave beneficial information.
When asked whether or not Turkey had given up solution of the issue in occupied Upper Karabakh in terms of setting up relations with Armenia, Cicek stressed that such a situation was out of question, adding, ''issues between the two countries can be solved easily if this problem is solved.''
Cicek said that Armenia was also making several baseless allegations.
Replying a question about Eurasia Arbitration Board, Cicek said that there was currently an opinion about formation of such a board which included all countries in Eurasia, including Azerbaijan.
Cicek added that such a board would contribute to development of commercial relations in the region.
