KIRIKKALE - Two people were injured in an explosion triggered by a fire at an armory building in the central city of Kirikkale on Thursday.
The fire broke out in the private armory due to an unknown reason. When the fire spread to other parts of the factory where pistols are manufactured, an explosion occurred.
The two workers who were injured in the explosion were hospitalized. The fire was extinguished by fire-fighting teams.
The explosion caused major damage to the factory while an investigation is underway.
