Exports From Turkey Increase By 39.1 Percent

ISTANBUL - Exports from Turkey increased by 39.1 percent to 3 billion 829 million 549 thousand U.S. dollars in June 2003 when compared with the same month of the previous year.
According to figures of Turkish Exporters Assembly, exports from Turkey rose by 34.6 percent to 21 billion 691 million 968 thousand U.S. dollars in the first half of this year.
The annual export between July 1, 2002 and June 30, 2003 increased by 30.8 percent to 41 billion 752 million 760 thousand U.S. dollars.
