ISTANBUL - Turkish Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International will construct a hotel in Latvia, executives of Dedeman Holding said on Wednesday.
According to the executives, Resort Dedeman Jurmala Latvia will be built 20 kilometers away from Latvian capital of Riga, and 10 kilometers away from the airport.
The executives indicated that the hotel would be opened in 2007.
The Resort Dedeman Jurmala Latvia, to be constructed on the shores of Baltic Sea, will have 500 rooms, a casino, night club, ice skating rink, tennis courts, two restaurants, a cafe, a ball room, a concert hall and conference halls.
