BAKU - Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Unal Cevikoz said on Monday, ''Ankara can host a tripartite meeting with the participation of Turkish, Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers.''
Speaking at a conference at Garp University in Azerbaijani capital Baku on ''Problems in Caucasus and Balkans'', Cevikoz said that the meeting could be held after Azerbaijani and Armenian sides accepted to attend the meeting.
Cevikoz said that attendance of Azerbaijan and Armenia at such meetings could have a positive impact on efforts to solve Upper Karabakh dispute.
Noting that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (COEPA) had been playing an important role in solution process in Caucasus, Cevikoz added that NATO had activated its peace force operations in the Balkans.
