ISTANBUL - President Rauf Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) arrived late on Wednesday in Istanbul.
Denktas who will spend the night in Istanbul will leave Istanbul for Switzerland early on Thursday to attend the Crans Montana meetings.
