ISTANBUL - Loa'i al-Saqa and Hamed Obysi are being accused of being senior al-Qaida members and their trail will begin on Monday.
Al-Saqa is also accused of serving as the link between the terror network, al-Qaida, and those who staged the suicide bombings in Istanbul in 2003, killing more than 50 people.
Al-Saqa was captured in the southeastern city of Diyarbakir after an alleged failed plot to attack Israeli cruise ships in the Mediterranean , and arrested on August 11th, 2005.
The indictment against al-Saqa said that he should be punished on charges of attempting to change the constitutional order by using force.
