Giant Ship Passes From Canakkale Strait

CANAKKALE - Liberian flagged giant ship ''Hadera'', which had a mechanical failure, passed from Canakkale Strait on Tuesday.
Canakkale Strait was closed to sea traffic for 3,5 hours during the passage of the 93,052 gross-tones ship, which was on its way from Israel's Ashkelon Port to Romanian Constanta Port.
The tug boats ''Kurtarma-2'' and ''Alemdar-2'' escorted the giant ship during its passage.
