ISTANBUL - Istanbul Mayor Ali Mufit Gurtuna left on Thursday for French capital Paris to receive ''2003 Greater City Planning Award'' of Sorbonne University.
Prior to his departure, Gurtuna told reporters that the award ceremony would take place the same day and three French ministers and Paris Mayor would attend it.
