Rtuk Delegation Visits Macedonian Radio-television

SKOPJE - A Supreme Board of Turkish Radio and Television (RTUK) delegation headed by Dr. Zakir Avsar visited Turkish department of the Macedonian Radio-Television on Wednesday.
At the meeting, RTUK delegation and Turkish department officials discussed the content of programs and the problems of the department.
Turkish Ambassador in Skopje Mehmet Taser who attended the meeting said that broadcasting in Turkish by the Macedonian Radio-Television was an old historical tradition, and the department prepared quite meaningful programs about national issues but it faced several problems about technical equipment from time to time.
Meanwhile, Dr. Avsar said that they would send new assistance to the department, and they would launch serious initiatives about extension of modern technological equipment to the Turkish department of the Macedonian Radio-Television.
