Sale Of Turk Tuborg Shares To Carlsberg Completed

ISTANBUL - Yasar Holding finalized sale of its remaining shares in brewer Turk Tuborg to Carlsberg Breweries.
Sending a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) on Tuesday, Yasar Holding recalled that they had signed an agreement on June 6 with Carlsberg Breweries A/S on sale of its 12.147 percent participation share in Turk Tuborg Bira ve Malt Sanayii A.S. to Carlsberg for 15 million 500 thousand U.S. dollars.
It added that sale of those shares had been completed.
Following this sale, the Carlsberg Breweries A/S's share in Turk Tuborg rose to 95.52 percent.
