EDIRNE - Police confiscated on Monday 112 kilograms 260 grams of heroin hidden in a truck in Ipsala Border Gate in northwestern Edirne province.
Officials searched a truck which was to leave Turkey with a sniffer dog and found 112 kilograms 260 grams of heroin hidden in the truck.
The driver of the truck was transferred to the prosecutor's office.
The heroin had a market value of 14 trillion Turkish liras (TL).
