Erdogan Meets With Pakistan National Assembly Speaker Hussain And Senate Chairman Soomro

ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met on Monday with Chaudhary Amir Hussain, Speaker of National Assembly of Pakistan, and Senate Chairman Muhammad Mian Soomro separately.
Erdogan firstly met with Hussain and then with Soomro.
Erdogan and Hussain took up activities of Parliament in their meeting.
When Hussain said that they implemented 33 percent quota for women in their parliament, Erdogan said that there was not such a quota in Turkey and everybody had equal conditions in elections.
Noting that such a quota would be injustice to women, Erdogan said that women and men came to parliament by competing in a democratic election.
Commercial relations were taken up in the meetings and Erdogan attributed very much importance to those relations.
