ANKARA - Public Works and Settlement Minister Zeki Ergezen said on Monday that they are planning to amend the Public Procurement Law before the parliament recessed.
Replying questions of reporters about the issue, Ergezen said that there were not two different amendment bills on public procurement.
''There is a single bill. Discussions with the World Bank experts continue. However, these have not finished yet. But this public procurement law will be amended. Works on it are under way together with the World Bank and IMF. We are planning to amend it before the parliament recesses,'' he said.
