ANKARA - Representation of International Labor Organization (ILO) to Turkey held a meeting on the June 12 World Day Against Child Labor.
Turkey Project Coordinator Nejat Kocabay promoted the campaign named ''Scream'' launched in the world to fight against child labor.
Kocabay said that the materials prepared in British would be translated into languages of every country and later put into practice.
Child labor could be prevented by especially education of children, Kocabay noted.
According to ILO figures, 246 million children are child laborers in the world. 73 million working children are less than 10 years old.
