STRASBOURG - Alvaro Gil-Robles, the representative of the Council of Europe (COE) for human rights, will pay a visit to Turkey between June 11 and 12, 2003.
During his visit to Turkey, Gil-Robles will meet with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.
He is also scheduled to meet with representatives of non-governmental organizations.
